Chris Barnhardt is the founder of Barnhardt Energy Solutions and a Florida State Certified General Contractor (License #CGC1513715) with more than 28 years of experience in construction, remodeling, and residential building services. As an Air Force veteran and lifelong Florida resident, Chris brings discipline, integrity, and a strong commitment to quality workmanship to every project.
Chris grew up in the construction industry. His father was a general contractor, and from an early age he developed a strong understanding of building, remodeling, and project management. That early experience helped shape his passion for helping homeowners improve their properties through reliable construction and professional craftsmanship.

Today, Chris leads Barnhardt Energy Solutions with a focus on high-quality remodeling and construction services for Florida homeowners and businesses. The company specializes in kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovations, home additions, roofing, HVAC upgrades, window and door replacement, insulation improvements, and complete residential remodeling projects.

Kathy Johnson serves as President of Barnhardt Energy Solutions and is the founder of Statewide Administrative & Permitting Solutions (SAPS). As a lifelong resident of Pasco County, Florida, Kathy brings deep local knowledge, strong community connections, and years of experience in construction administration, permitting, and project coordination.
Born and raised in Pasco County, Kathy understands the unique needs of Florida homeowners and businesses when it comes to building, remodeling, and permitting requirements. Her background in construction administration and permit management allows her to help guide projects smoothly through the planning, documentation, and approval stages that are essential to successful construction.
Through SAPS, Kathy has built a company focused on construction administrative services, permit coordination, project documentation, and regulatory compliance for contractors and property owners throughout Florida. Her work helps ensure that projects meet local building requirements, zoning standards, and county regulations before construction begins.
As President of Barnhardt Energy Solutions, Kathy plays an important role in project planning, operations, and client communication. She works closely with homeowners, contractors, and local agencies to help keep projects organized, compliant, and moving forward efficiently.
